Production area: San Pietro di Feletto and SoligoSoil: clayey and chalkyHarvest: manualVinification: gentle pressing of the grapes, still decantation and fermentation at a constant temperature.Ageing: in stainless steel vats in harness with its noble pitsFoaming: re-fermentation in stainless tank (cuvee close) at programmed temperature, with selected ferments for a minimum of 60 days.
