Absolutely delicious sake. First time bottle of unfiltered sake I’ve ever had and I’m glad it was this bottle. Nice hint of sweetness, very subtle flavor but this sake is no pushover. Don’t underestimate its flavor with its alcohol content. It’ll put you right to bed before you know it!
